At Souk Cosmetics, we make worldwide delivery of Moroccan organic beauty products easy and reliable. Whether you order in bulk, request private label packaging, or sample our products, we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe, timely delivery to your destination.

1. Shipping destinations
We proudly ship our cosmetics and natural oils from Morocco to customers around the globe. Our main export markets include:
- Europe (France, Spain, Germany, Italy, UK and more)
- North America (USA, Canada)
- Middle East & Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, etc.)
- Asia-Pacific (Japan, South Korea, Australia, China, etc.)
- Africa and other regions upon request
2. Delivery options
Depending on your order size and location, we offer different shipping solutions:
- Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): Ideal for smaller quantities, samples, and urgent orders. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
- Air freight: Suitable for mid-size wholesale orders. Faster than sea freight but more economical than courier for bulk shipments.
- Sea freight (container shipping): The best choice for large wholesale and private-label orders. Delivery usually takes 3–6 weeks depending on destination port.
3. Handling & processing time
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team prepares and packs your goods carefully. Typical processing times:
- Free sample requests: prepared within 2–4 business days
- Wholesale stock orders: prepared within 5–10 business days
- Private label/custom packaging: production and packing may require 15–25 business days depending on volume
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary based on weight, volume, and delivery method. We always look for the most cost-effective option for our clients. A detailed shipping quote will be provided once your order and destination details are confirmed.
5. Customs & import duties
Each country has its own import regulations for cosmetics and natural oils. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and import duties in their country. Our team provides all necessary documentation (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.) to help ensure smooth customs clearance.
6. Tracking your order
Once your shipment leaves Morocco, we provide a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress in real time. For sea freight, we provide shipping documents and container tracking details.
7. Damaged or lost shipments
We carefully pack all orders to minimize the risk of damage. However, if your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, please notify us immediately. We will work with the courier or freight forwarder to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
