1. General information
Souk Cosmetics is a Moroccan supplier and exporter of organic beauty products, including argan oil, prickly pear oil, natural soaps, and skincare formulas. Our services cover wholesale distribution and private-label manufacturing for international clients.
2. Eligibility to order
Our products and services are intended for businesses, distributors, retailers, and entrepreneurs worldwide. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally authorized to represent your company or business entity.
3. Ordering process
- Orders can be placed via email, WhatsApp, or directly through our sales team.
- All orders are confirmed once we provide a proforma invoice detailing products, quantities, prices, and shipping costs.
- Production for private-label/custom packaging begins only after written confirmation and agreed payment.
4. Pricing & payment
- All prices are quoted in USD or EUR unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices do not include shipping, customs, or local import duties.
- Payment methods accepted: bank transfer (preferred for wholesale orders), PayPal, or secure online gateways (subject to fees).
- Full payment or a deposit (for private-label orders) is required before shipment.
5. Shipping & delivery
Delivery terms, timelines, and costs are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page. Souk Cosmetics is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
6. Quality assurance

7. Returns & claims
- Due to the nature of cosmetic products, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective goods upon delivery.
- Claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods, supported by photos or documentation.
- If approved, replacement or refund will be arranged according to the case.
8. Intellectual property
All content on soukcosmetics.com — including product descriptions, images, and brand materials — belongs to Souk Cosmetics. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
Souk Cosmetics shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or delays in delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.
10. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes arising from transactions will be subject to the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
